Shackled presents a grim vision of the future where parole is replaced by the R.A.P.P. system, forcing a white-collar criminal and a sociopathic gangster to be inextricably linked by surgically implanted explosive charges. As the film begins its theatrical and VOD rollout this summer, I am proud to share this project with audiences.
